Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We take pride in doing whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please contact our customer service by email at Sales@Puffvaultvapestore.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

However, if you would like to make a return, we have a 30 day unused and unopened warranty & return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet please don’t panic and follow these steps

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@Puffvaultvapestore.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

International Orders:

Please be advised that the estimated delivery time-frame may vary contingent upon the destination country. Specifically, orders shipped within United States can be expected to arrive within a maximum of 2-3 days, while those destined for the European Union, Asia, Australia, and the United Kingdom may require 5-7 days for delivery. It is imperative to note that national and religious holidays could potentially result in delays in package arrival.

Rest assured, your order will be meticulously packaged with discretion to safeguard your privacy and ensure protection. All products available on our website are readily available for immediate shipment. Furthermore, all orders are promptly dispatched within 1-3 hours after payment confirmation

How to Return:

Please email Sales@Puffvaultvapestore.com prior to returning or exchanging your product(s) Provide your name, order number and reason for return / exchange in the body of your email. Once confirmed, you will be provided with a return / exchange shipping address and instructions. Binoid CBD does not cover return shipping. Customer may select the return shipping method.
